Perishable goods delivered or self-collected are strictly non-exchangeable nor refundable.
Delivery
Any issues with regards to product quality or freshness are to be communicated to any of our personnels within 02 calendar days upon completion of delivery in writing, via email to contact@wgifts.sg or WhatsApp to us at our business hotline 8854 3244.
Self-collection
Customers are to inspect the conditions of items during the self-collection appointment. All items will be deemed to be of good and acceptable conditions upon completion of the self-collection session.
